The 13th Annual Edna Gates Conference on Dementia Care
features innovations in care, new developments in research and
provides a forum for dementia care leaders and health professionals
to share ideas. We have a long tradition of offering sessions
conducted by leaders in dementia care from the United Kingdom,
Australia, Canada, Europe and different regions of the U.S.

on special topics and sessions you would like to see included in

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
|
|
The conference is designed for teams and individuals who provide
care and support to older adults with dementia in all settings,
including: Skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, Continuing
care retirement communities, Assisted living programs, Senior
housing, Adult day services and in-home respite programs, Home
care agencies, Hospice, Hospitals and geropsychiatric programs,
Geriatric assessment clinics, Alzheimer’s Associations and other
advocacy groups.
Additionally we would like to invite: physicians, nurse practitioners
and physician assistants, regulators, clergy, specialists in creative
and expressive arts, educators and other advocates.
Sessions are designed for those just getting started and those with
experience in more advanced person-directed and relationship-
based care practices.
